Welcome to Biz Bounty.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Biz Bounty website, platform, products and related services.

Biz Bounty ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform") provides lead discovery, prospect research, lead organisation and related business services to individuals and organisations.

Biz Bounty is operated by Bizcular, located in Lagos, Nigeria.

By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing leads or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue using the Platform.

1. DEFINITIONS

For purposes of these Terms:

"Platform" means the Biz Bounty website, web application and associated services.

"User" means any individual or organisation accessing or using Biz Bounty.

"Customer" means a user who purchases or attempts to purchase services through the Platform.

"Leads" means business or prospect information made available through Biz Bounty's lead discovery services.

"Lead Data" means information associated with a lead, including names, business details, contact information, source references and other relevant information.

"Purchase" means a transaction through which a customer acquires access to a specified quantity of leads.

"Services" means the lead discovery, organisation, presentation, export and related services offered by Biz Bounty.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use Biz Bounty.

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

- You are legally permitted to enter into these Terms. - You will provide accurate and truthful information. - You will use the Platform for lawful business purposes. - You will comply with applicable laws and regulations. - You will not use the Platform to facilitate fraud, harassment, deception or unlawful activities.

Where applicable law imposes additional age or authorisation requirements, those requirements must be satisfied.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Biz Bounty provides a platform through which users can discover, preview, purchase, organise and download potential business leads.

The Services may include:

- Lead discovery based on customer requirements. - Prospect research and organisation. - Lead filtering and categorisation. - Previewing available lead records. - Purchasing access to lead information. - Downloading eligible lead lists. - Accessing previously purchased lead batches. - Other related services introduced from time to time.

The availability and functionality of particular services may change as the Platform develops.

Biz Bounty may use internal technology, authorised third-party data providers, permitted public information sources and other lawful methods to provide its services.

We reserve the right to modify, improve, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and existing contractual obligations.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Some features require an account or the submission of customer information.

You agree to:

- Provide accurate registration information. - Maintain accurate contact details. - Keep your account credentials confidential. - Notify us of suspected unauthorised account access. - Avoid sharing account access in a manner that compromises account security. - Use your account only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for activities conducted through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We may suspend access where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, security compromise, misuse or violation of these Terms.

We will not unreasonably withhold access or disregard applicable consumer rights.

5. LEAD PRICING AND PURCHASES

Biz Bounty operates a pay-per-lead purchasing model.

The standard pricing structure is:

The standard rate is ₦50 per lead.

Customers may select available quantities in increments of 10, subject to the Platform's displayed availability and any applicable purchasing limits.

The amount payable will be displayed before the customer confirms a purchase.

Prices may be changed from time to time. Any price change will not retroactively alter a completed purchase.

Applicable taxes or additional charges, where required by law, will be disclosed as appropriate.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Payments may be processed through payment providers made available on the Platform.

By initiating a purchase, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process the transaction according to its terms and conditions.

A purchase will be considered completed only when payment has been successfully verified and the corresponding lead access has been granted.

Biz Bounty may use transaction references and payment verification mechanisms to confirm purchases and prevent fraudulent transactions.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party payment services.

If a payment is deducted but the purchased service is not delivered, the customer should contact us with the transaction reference so that we can investigate.

Customers must not attempt to manipulate payment confirmations, exploit payment errors or obtain unauthorised access to paid lead information.

7. LEAD QUALITY AND ACCURACY

Biz Bounty makes reasonable efforts to organise and present relevant lead information.

However, lead information may originate from external sources and may change over time.

We do not guarantee that:

- Every lead will be reachable. - Every telephone number will remain active. - Every email address will remain valid. - Every prospect will respond. - Every prospect will have an interest in your products or services. - Every lead will result in a sale, meeting, investment or business relationship. - Every lead will meet a customer's expectations or commercial objectives.

Lead information may be incomplete, outdated, duplicated or inaccurate despite reasonable quality-control efforts.

Where a material issue is reported, we may investigate and, where appropriate, correct the information, replace affected records or provide another reasonable remedy in accordance with applicable law and our service policies.

Nothing in this section excludes liability for obligations that cannot legally be excluded.

8. PREVIEWED AND PURCHASED LEADS

The Platform may provide customers with a limited preview of available lead information before purchase.

Certain contact details may be restricted until the relevant purchase has been completed.

Upon successful payment verification, customers may receive access to the number of leads purchased.

Access may include eligible contact information, source references and available supporting business details.

Customers are not entitled to access information outside the scope of their completed purchase.

Biz Bounty may restrict access to information where necessary to protect data rights, prevent abuse, comply with legal requirements or respond to a legitimate privacy concern.

9. LEAD OWNERSHIP AND USAGE RIGHTS

Purchasing access to lead information does not transfer ownership of the personal information of the individuals or businesses represented in those records.

Subject to applicable laws and these Terms, Biz Bounty grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use purchased lead information for lawful internal business development activities.

Unless expressly authorised in writing, customers must not:

- Resell purchased lead lists. - Redistribute lead databases. - Publish purchased contact information. - Upload lead information to public databases. - Commercially sublicense lead records. - Create competing lead databases using Biz Bounty data. - Share purchased information with unauthorised third parties. - Use the information for unlawful or prohibited marketing activities.

Nothing in this section overrides the rights of individuals under applicable data protection laws.

10. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use Biz Bounty to:

1. Conduct fraud or financial scams. 2. Harass, threaten or intimidate individuals. 3. Send unlawful or deceptive marketing communications. 4. Engage in unlawful telemarketing. 5. Conduct identity theft or impersonation. 6. Discriminate unlawfully against individuals. 7. Obtain information through unauthorised access. 8. Interfere with the Platform's security. 9. Reverse-engineer or exploit the Platform unlawfully. 10. Circumvent payment or access restrictions. 11. Introduce malware or malicious code. 12. Scrape, copy or reproduce the Platform's database without authorisation. 13. Use lead information for activities prohibited by applicable law. 14. Violate another person's privacy, intellectual property or legal rights.

We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including restricting accounts or reporting unlawful activity to relevant authorities where legally appropriate.

11. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

Your use of Biz Bounty is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that Biz Bounty may process personal information as described in that Policy and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Where customers receive personal information through the Platform, they may independently become responsible for certain processing activities.

Customers must establish and maintain an appropriate legal basis for their own use of lead information.

Customers must respect applicable rights, including requests to stop marketing communications, objections to processing and deletion requests where applicable.

Purchasing information through Biz Bounty does not automatically establish consent from the individuals concerned.

Customers must not represent that Biz Bounty has obtained consent on their behalf unless this is expressly confirmed and supported by the relevant records.

12. REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS AND DISPUTES

We aim to provide the service purchased by the customer.

Where a customer experiences a material issue with a purchase, they may contact us for investigation.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, appropriate remedies may include:

- Replacement of materially defective lead records. - Restoration of access where a technical issue occurred. - Correction of an erroneous transaction. - Refunds where required by law or otherwise approved under our applicable refund arrangements.

Requests should include the purchase reference, relevant lead batch and a description of the issue.

Refund eligibility may depend on whether the purchased information was accessed, downloaded or otherwise used, but such factors will not override mandatory statutory refund rights.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent refund claims.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Biz Bounty may rely on external service providers for hosting, payment processing, data acquisition, infrastructure, analytics and other functions.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies and operational limitations.

We are not responsible for independent third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

However, this does not exclude any responsibility Biz Bounty has for its own selection, instructions, processing activities or other obligations under applicable law.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Biz Bounty name, branding, website design, software, interface, original content, graphics and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Biz Bounty, subject to applicable third-party rights.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without appropriate authorisation.

Purchasing lead information does not grant ownership of the Biz Bounty platform, software, brand or proprietary systems.

Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual property rights belonging to third parties.

15. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim to maintain reliable access to Biz Bounty.

However, the Platform may occasionally experience interruptions due to:

- Maintenance. - Software updates. - Infrastructure failures. - Network problems. - Cybersecurity incidents. - Third-party service disruptions. - Events beyond our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Where reasonably possible, we will take steps to restore affected services and protect customer information.

16. DISCLAIMERS

Biz Bounty provides lead discovery and related services to support business development.

The Platform is not a guarantee of sales, revenue, customer acquisition, investment returns or commercial success.

Lead results should be independently assessed by customers before making business decisions.

Except for express commitments made by Biz Bounty and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, services are provided subject to the limitations and conditions stated in these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer protections, statutory warranties or other non-excludable legal rights.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Biz Bounty will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Platform, including loss of anticipated profits, business opportunities or expected commercial results.

Our liability will be assessed in accordance with applicable law, the circumstances of the claim and any enforceable contractual limitations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. - Wilful misconduct. - Gross negligence where liability cannot legally be excluded. - Death or personal injury where applicable law prohibits exclusion. - Breaches of statutory duties that cannot legally be excluded. - Data protection violations or other liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where a financial limitation of liability is legally permitted and appropriate, it will not exceed the amount legally recoverable under the applicable contractual arrangement.

Nothing in this section removes rights or remedies that applicable law guarantees to users.

18. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, customers agree to be responsible for losses, claims and reasonable expenses arising from their unlawful misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights or unlawful processing of lead information.

This provision does not require a customer to indemnify Biz Bounty for losses caused by Biz Bounty's own unlawful conduct or liabilities that cannot legally be transferred.

19. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Platform where reasonably necessary because of:

- Fraudulent activity. - Security threats. - Unlawful use. - Material violations of these Terms. - Abuse of the Platform. - Legal or regulatory requirements.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Customers may discontinue using Biz Bounty at any time.

Termination does not automatically eliminate outstanding payment obligations or other rights and obligations that accrued before termination.

Previously purchased access and stored records will be handled in accordance with applicable law, contractual commitments and our Privacy Policy.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business operations, technology or legal obligations.

Updated Terms will be published on the Platform with a revised Last Updated date.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice or obtain additional agreement before material changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after an effective update may constitute acceptance where legally recognised.

21. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to applicable mandatory legal protections.

Where a dispute arises, the parties are encouraged to first attempt to resolve it through good-faith communication.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue remedies before a court or other competent dispute-resolution body with appropriate jurisdiction.

Nothing in this section prevents a user from exercising a statutory right to approach a regulator or seek relief through a legally available process.

22. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.

Any invalid provision shall be interpreted or modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permissible.

23. NO WAIVER

Failure or delay by Biz Bounty to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not automatically constitute a waiver of its rights.

Any waiver must be consistent with applicable law.

24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly applicable to particular services, constitute the agreement governing your use of Biz Bounty.

Where an additional service-specific agreement applies, the relevant documents should be read together.
